Authorization and acceptable use

Use is limited to accounts and data the owner is authorized to access and process. Google authentication and consent are required for Google API access. The owner must comply with Google's terms, API policies, applicable law, and any organization-specific rules. An API grant does not override those obligations.

Review consequential actions

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. The owner should review messages, event details, file-sharing settings and edits before approving them. Specific consequential changes require the owner's confirmation. No OAuth permission grants the assistant general permission to act independently of the requested task.

Availability

The private integration is provided as configured, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Google may expire or revoke authorization, require renewed consent, change API behavior or impose limits. Automatic token refresh cannot bypass authentication, consent or administrative restrictions.

Privacy and ending access

Read the Privacy Policy, including the disclosure of external AI inference and private records and backups. The owner can stop the application, revoke Google access, and remove private records. Revocation alone does not delete previously retained copies.
