How Hermes Neko handles data

Google data accessed and its purpose

Depending on the granted permissions and the requested task, the integration can access email messages and metadata, calendar events, Drive files and sharing metadata, document and spreadsheet content, and read-only contact details. Gmail send/modify and Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets write permissions enable owner-approved changes. Data is used to carry out the owner's personal assistant tasks, such as finding information, preparing replies, working with files or managing events.

OAuth permissions describe technical capability. A granted permission is not independent approval to send a message, delete data, share a file or perform an unrelated action.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in the owner's private environment with restricted access. Task outputs, conversation records and relevant caches may be retained for continuity and troubleshooting. Private backups may include these records. There is no single fixed retention period across all private records and backups; the owner controls their retention and removal.

This public website stores no Google access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, messages, documents or other account data.

External processing and sharing

When the owner asks for AI-assisted processing, selected task-relevant Google content may be sent to the external model provider configured for that task. The application is privately operated, but model inference is not necessarily performed locally. Provider handling and retention are governed by the selected service, account settings and applicable terms.

The owner must select providers and data-use settings compatible with Google API policies and any other applicable obligations. This application does not offer Google-derived data for advertising, sale, or the development or training of generalized AI or machine-learning models. Inference to provide a requested user-facing assistant function is distinct from training such models.

Task results may be delivered through the communication channel the owner requests. The owner should use a private destination for private account content. This disclosure does not authorize transfers or processing prohibited by Google policies.

Security and limits

Google hosts authentication and consent. The application does not ask users to send their Google password to the assistant or to this website. The private deployment uses access controls for credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security; the owner should protect their devices, configured providers and communication accounts.

Revocation and deletion

The owner can revoke the integration using Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase already retained task records or backups. To remove those, the owner must also remove the relevant private records, cached copies and backups, and use any applicable provider deletion controls.

Google API Limited Use

Hermes Neko's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This website and contact

This static site contains no application cookies, analytics scripts, sign-in form or account-data collection. The hosting provider may process routine web-request metadata to operate and protect the website.

For questions or private-deployment data requests, contact the application owner through the support contact shown on Google's consent screen. Material changes to data practices require this policy to be updated.
